No one has the right to comment upon other’s physical appearance in any way. However, I didn’t let that comment negatively affect me. Rather, I took it on a positive note and decided to get rid of love handles. Well, I didn’t want to starve myself and yes, exhausting my body out with endless side crunches was also not on my list.

  1. Balanced Diet

In order to get rid of extra fat, you should, first of all, get rid of unhealthy processed foods. A bag of chips and French fries should be replaced with a handful of almonds. Include fruits, vegetables, lean protein, whole grains and healthy fats in your balanced diet plan. Starving yourself will only hamper your health and add other health problem like gastric. Always go for the food loaded with nutrients. Instead of stuffing stomach with unhealthy fat, opt for omega-3 fatty acids and mono- and polyunsaturated fats like salmon, avocado, and peanut butter. Do not forget to swap white rice and bread for brown rice and whole grain bread. And yes! You can always twist up your healthy dishes and make it yummy.

  1. Be Relaxed

Stress is not only bad for our skin but is also very harmful to our body. Pamela Peeke, MD, who’s the author of Body for Life for Women explains the effect of stress on body weight. She states;
