  2. Peanut butter :- If you have experienced a low blood sugar level then it is better to follow up with the protein and carbohydrate snack. Avoid the brands which contain added sugar, glucose or jelly.
  3. Salt water :- Itchy and dry is a side effect of diabetes. Soaking in a bathtub full of salt water will be quite a lot helpful in relieving itchy skin and for that you just need to add a cup of table salt or sea salt in the bath water. It also helps to soften the skin and make you feel relaxed.
  4. Diet :- Consumption of diet, which is a combination of fruits and vegetables is very effective for those who are suffering with diabetes. Fruits are a rich array of antioxidants like vitamin C. Antioxidants, which are found in fruits helps in preventing the oxidation and damage of artery walls.
  5. Exercise :- As we all know, doing exercise is very good for health. It has the potential to control many diseases.
